Keep it personal. Calculate your TDEE—say, 2,200 kcal—or macros to plan meals. Don’t sell the data or use it commercially. A trainer tried that. We said no.
Results guide you. They don’t replace a doctor. Your BMR might be 1,600 kcal, or your goal 2,000 kcal. Adjust your diet, but check with a pro before big changes.
Play fair. Don’t copy our code or break the tool. Spot an issue? Tell us. We fix it fast. Respect keeps this free for everyone.

Use it right. A user cut 300 kcal below her TDEE and hit her water goal. She lost weight. That’s the point—your health, your control.
